At Dazabi Sabita, every pair of shoes is handcrafted with care and intention, made to order by skilled artisans in Nicaragua. Our made-to-order model allows us to reduce waste, uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, and deliver a truly personal experience to each customer.

Production Timeline

Because each item is custom made, please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your order for production and delivery. This includes:

• 2–4 weeks for handcrafting and quality inspection in Nicaragua.

• 2–4 weeks for international shipping and final processing in the U.S.

We will keep you updated every step of the way with email notifications as your order progresses.

Shipping

All items are shipped from our U.S. distribution point once they’ve been completed. We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping and are working to expand international options in the near future.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each order is made specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

In the rare event of a defect or sizing issue, we’re happy to assist with exchanges. As long as our REFUND POLICY is followed. Please review it before ordering.
